Despite my reservations as to whether anybody actually reads this I am resolved to update my blog once a week – lucky you!
Great to hear from lots of old clients this week – 5 on one day.
On the home front – my grown up youngest son has moved back home for at least 2 years whilst he tries to save enough money to set up his own business - guess that keeps me making curtains to help sub him! I really hope he succeeds but saving has never been his strong point – more on this later. He has signed a contract with me and in return I have agreed not to nag…………won’t be easy!
Jobs completed this week – curtains for house in France, blinds for a couple of show flats, really long curtains for a barn conversion, a few cushions for a room we completed last month, more blinds for 2 other clients etc. etc.
The road to Sindles Farm where the workroom is located is really suffering after the bad weather – if anybody comes to see me please take great care.
